Our Purpose

The Wilshire Foundation builds practical pathways for two groups in Hong Kong: refugees seeking meaningful employment and young people preparing for the future. We work with employers, community partners, and education leaders to turn social responsibility into direct support.

Every partnership matters. By engaging with us, you help skilled, multilingual refugees access work opportunities and help young people develop the resilience to thrive.

OUR FOCUS

Our focus is refugee employment support and the Youth Resilience Program. We connect highly skilled refugees in Hong Kong with work pathways while collaborating with a leading Hong Kong university to deliver workshops that strengthen confidence, adaptability, and wellbeing.
